Jochebed’s story reminds us that courageous love does not always stand on a stage. Sometimes it kneels in a hidden room, builds an ark in secret, releases what it cannot control, and trusts God to cover what human hands can no longer hold.
In Exodus 2, a mother faced a death decree, but faith rose up in her house. She could not change Pharaoh’s order, but she could obey God’s assignment. She hid Moses, prepared him, released him, and watched God turn the river of death into a river of destiny.
This week in Wake Up With The Word, we walk with Jochebed and learn how to protect purpose, pray over our children, trust God with what we release, and believe that what is placed in God’s hands is never outside of His care.
