If this Father’s Day you are celebrating a father who is no longer with us, we’d like to include them in a special slide presentation the Sunday of Father’s Day at The Streams Church. We will need you to click the button below and complete the form and upload a photo of your father no later than Wednesday, June 12, 2024.
