Eligibility
We welcome all events that reflect the vision, strategy, Christian values and principles of The Streams Church (TSC). The Streams Church exists to help people flow into their God-given purpose in life today while making preparation for eternal life tomorrow. This is accomplished through our faith in and obedience to Christ Jesus. Therefore, it is important we model the values of Christ in all that we do. The following is a list of events/activities that TSC will not allow to be held on the premises or in the facility.
• Political events/activities
• Any event that goes against biblical morals and values
• Alcohol, smoking or drugs
• Dances or parties (except for approved parties like Birthdays, Anniversaries, Baby Showers, etc.)
• Items for sale by non-members (except by special permission from the TSC Elders Board.)
• No pyrotechnic or other flammable materials can be used in the facilities. Only no-drip candles can be used at weddings.
Questions regarding the use/rental of the building should be directed to the Administrative Assistant to the Senior Pastor (AASP). The AASP will receive your information regarding the event/activity and forward it to the Board of Elders for review and final approval.
The following information should be included in your request:

The AASP will contact you to confirm receipt of your request and let you know if the event or activity is approved.

Rental Fee Exemption and Rules
Events that fall under one of the following categories are exempt from rental fees.
• Events sponsored by TSC ministry teams, for the purpose of outreach to the
community, spiritual revival, Christian education, and Christian fellowship.
• Non-TSC Church-sponsored events and/or organizations (approved by TSC
Board of Elders) for community service such as food pantry, mission-related
items, drive-by prayer, etc.
TSC Board of Elders must base exemptions for all other events or organizations upon approval. Such approval will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
When TSC agrees to officially sponsor an event that is organized by a nonmember, a suggested donation will be asked to cover operating costs and cleanup.
For non-TSC-sponsored events that are organized by TSC members, the event will enjoy a discounted fee, while all rental rules and regulations (specified in Facility Rental Policy and Facility Rental Agreement) will still apply.
